The Apartment

Before entering the building in which the Avenue Rapp apartment is located, you’ll certainly notice the grand Haussmann era structures on both sides of Avenue Rapp. Directly across the avenue from the apartment is a little known Parisian treasure. A truly unique art-deco building entrance the likes of which do not exist anywhere else sits quietly as a testament to a more creative age. The neighborhood itself is one of the classiest Paris has to offer. It is one of the most sought after addresses in the most sought after city of the world!

Entering the building, you’ll find an elevator that will take you directly to your front door, the only one on the floor.

Stepping foot into the Avenue Rapp apartment is like stepping into a not too distant past where luxury is expected and a touch of class is the everyday approach. You are first greeted by a view of the salon from the entrance with the bathroom to the left and the bedroom at the end of a hall to the right. This salon space is the essence of high-class comfort. Here you can relax with your Parisian guide book and plan your sightseeing or regroup after a full day of walking through the city’s sights all the while surrounded by antique appeal with a view out over the city. The true magnetism of this room is in the details.

The kitchen is just off the main room. It is a large and comfortable area in which to prepare anything from a quick café and croissant breakfast before leaving for the day to a full French feast made up of all the goods and delicacies you find in the outdoor markets. It is fully equipped including a dishwasher to ensure complete comfort.

Back through the main room towards the front door and down the hall, you’ll find the bedroom. This space is an expression of nighttime calm from the warm carpeted floors to the soothing color scheme and gentle décor. Located away from the street, you are ensured a restful and restorative night. The bathroom, located just to the left of the front door, is designed for maximum comfort. It is equipped with a spacious shower filled with natural light and a toilet located privately in its own nook within the bathroom.

Rates

On an all-inclusive weekly basis AVENUE RAPP rents for 1,850.00 €.

For 5 or 6 days AVENUE RAPP rents on a weekly prorate.

For 3 to 4 days we invoice on a weekly prorate basis + 30%.

For longer than a week, we invoice the extra days on a weekly prorate basis.

We only accept quiet and respectful guests. Party goers and noise-makers aren't welcome.

For the Christmas and holiday season, only week long (7 nights) rentals are available between the two specific date periods of December 22 thru December 29, and then December 29 thru January 4. Shorter stays are welcomed, but will be invoiced on a full week rate.

The District

Located in the celebrated 7th arrondissement, Avenue Rapp is ideally situated for the best of the City of Light. Just around the corner from the apartment’s front door are the Champs de Mars and the Eiffel Tower. In fact, the apartment is so close to the Tower that it can be spied looming majestically over the neighborhood. Just to the west is the grand Les Invalides in which you’ll find Napoleon Bonaparte’s tomb. A little further to the west along either side of the Seine are the Louvre and d’Orsay museums in which are collected some of the most priceless pieces of art humanity has to offer. Even the Arc de Triomphe at the end of the luxurious Champs Elysées is within walking distance.

The district is also home to some of the best the city has to offer in terms of eateries and shopping. Located just around the corner is a true hidden charm at Chez l’Ami Jean, a basque restaurant still unknown to the masses and frequented by the city’s gastronomes. On the same street, you’ll come across the establishment of the famed choclatier Michel Chaudun. His chocolate pavés are truly sublime.

Additionally, the Bon Marché and the adjoining Grande Epicerie as well as the numerous local outdoor markets ensure that you’ll be well served to sample the cities epicurean delights.
