The Apartment

The living area of the apartment is equipped with two large sofas, providing plenty of seating for you and guests. A great place to relax, and kick up your feet, after a day of exploring the City of Light!

The open floor plan gives a large feel to the apartment. The adjoining dining area, with table for 4, is located next to the kitchen area, making it a perfect set up for cooking and dining.

The bedroom, with comfortable queen size bed couldn't be better to rest your head, and dreaming about the next day's Parisian adventures.

The ensuite bathroom, offers a large free standing shower, and warming rack to dry and heat towels during your stay! There is an additional bathroom, with shower and toilet, making the apartment more than ideal for families and friends travelling together

Rates

On an all-inclusive weekly basis MARAIS TEMPLE rents for 1350.00 €.

For 5 or 6 days MARAIS TEMPLE rents on a weekly prorate.

For 3 to 4 days we invoice on a weekly prorate basis + 30%.

For longer than a week, we invoice the extra days on a weekly prorate basis.

We only accept quiet and respectful guests. Party goers and noise-makers aren't welcome.

For the Christmas and holiday season, only week long (7 nights) rentals are available between the two specific date periods of December 22 thru December 29, and then December 29 thru January 4. Shorter stays are welcomed, but will be invoiced on a full week rate.

The District

The apartment is located in the 3rd district just a short walk from the heart of the Marais.

The Marais is one of the oldest and most historic areas in Paris. A place of aristocratic residence in the seventeenth century, it was abandoned during the Revolution and became an architectural wasteland. The Marais was not touched by Baron Haussmann during his work in the 1830s to make Paris the most modern city in nineteenth-century Europe. As a result, the Marais retains its pre-nineteenth century splendour and old world charm. In 1962 it was declared an historic area, and restoration efforts were begun. The area is now one of Paris' most fashionable neighborhoods, with many galleries, restaurants, boutiques, museums and cultural centers.

Nearby are the Pompidou/Beaubourg Museum, the Picasso Museum, the Louvre Museum and the magnificent Place des Vosges.

The Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est train stations are both nearby. Orly and Charles de Gaulle Airports are easily reachable by taxi or Metro.
