The completely renovated flat will keep you comfortable, rested and always impressed, right in the middle of the greatest city in the world!

The Apartment

Upon entering the flat, you will be confronted by the warm tones of the décor in the entrance area. This leads directly into the spacious and beautifully decorated salon, the perfect place for a pre-dinner aperitif. The parquet wood wood flooring is very typical of French décor style. The wood tones are repeated in much of the furniture, lending warmth and old-world charm to this newly renovated space. In the main room, you’ll find a television, a fireplace and ample room to entertain if you so choose. This place is the perfect spot to rejuvenate after a day in the city.

The adjoining kitchen area has everything one would need to prepare favorite French recipes. With a bar separator, it is a perfect cooking area for the seasoned, host-chef. The kitchen area opens to the dining area, large enough to sit six comfortably. The dining table is sat right between two floor to ceiling windows allowing you to feast upon the sights of the neighborhood while you enjoy the culinary delicacies you discovered in the many open air markets and specialty shops that Paris has to offer.

The bedroom is simple yet elegant and equipped with a queen-sized bed, you are guaranteed full relaxation. The warm colors and rich lighting augments the sense of calm and warmth.

Just off the bedroom is the ensuite bathroom, with its elegant and fresh décor. The bathroom is fully equipped including a full sized bathtub with a rain shower; the ultimate in relaxation. The toilet is conveniently located in its own private space within the bathroom.

Rates

On an all-inclusive weekly basis BOULEVARD RASPAIL rents for 1,450.00 €.

For 5 or 6 days BOULEVARD RASPAIL rents on a weekly prorate.

For 3 to 4 days we invoice on a weekly prorate basis + 30%.

For longer than a week, we invoice the extra days on a weekly prorate basis.

We only accept quiet and respectful guests. Party goers and noise-makers aren't welcome.

For the Christmas and holiday season, only week long (7 nights) rentals are available between the two specific date periods of December 22 thru December 29, and then December 29 thru January 4. Shorter stays are welcomed, but will be invoiced on a full week rate.

The District

The 6th arrondissement is one loveliest and most stylish neighborhoods Paris has to offer. With the Latin Quarter to the east and the regal 7th arrondissement to the west, this is the heart of the Left Bank.

Galleries, antique stores, cafes, and restaurants abound. Stroll by the famous Shakespeare & Co. bookstore on your way to Notre Dame. The world-renown Musée d’Orsay is just to the north of the apartment. Located right around the corner is one of the better kept secrets of the Paris art world; the Musée Maillol, where you’ll find works by some of the greatest artists of the 19th and 20th centuries like Gaugin, Matisse, Picasso, Rodin, Cézanne and many more. Just across the Seine on the Right Bank, you’ll find the famous Musée du Louvre, the Tuileries Gardens and the Orangerie Gallery.

Just outside your front door you will find the breathtakingly beautiful Jardin du Luxembourg, home to the French Senate. The park has a wonderful playground for youngsters and an extraordinary running path of 2km in length. There is also a large fountain and pond where the old and young play with miniature boats. Families and couples relax on benches and chairs, enjoying the park's wonderful, quiet, peaceful atmosphere.

Just around the corner from the apartment you’ll find the lovely La Scala Italian restaurant where you can dine on delectable pizzas made in a wood-fired oven. You’ll also find La Ferme Saint Simon on rue St Simon, home to absolutely fantastic French cuisine. Let us make a reservation for you!
