Saint Louis Island
Located on the Island that bears it's name, the apartment has just finished renovations, and is the ideal rental for your Parisian stay.
The apartment is equipped and ready to offer an enjoyable time in the City of Light.
The Apartment
The apartment has an open floor plan, which gives the apartment a much larger feel. The living area has a sofa, plus additional furniture for resting, especially after a long day of wandering around the French capital.
The kitchenette, which is open, and looks onto the living area, is equipped to make all your favorite French recipes.
The bedroom is the ideal haven to rest your head, and prepare for the next day's journey.

Rates
On an all-inclusive weekly basis, SAINT LOUIS ISLAND rents for 1,000.00 €.
For 5 or 6 days SAINT LOUIS ISLAND rents on a weekly prorate.
For 3 to 4 days we invoice on a weekly prorate basis + 30%.
For longer than a week, we invoice the extra days on a weekly prorate basis.
We only accept quiet and respectful guests. Party goers and noise-makers aren't welcome.

For the Christmas and holiday season, only week long (7 nights) rentals are available between the two specific date periods of December 22 thru December 29, and then December 29 thru January 4. Shorter stays are welcomed, but will be invoiced on a full week rate.

The District
The Île Saint-Louis is one of the most charming areas of Paris. An independent island in the Seine river, it is located right in the center of the city. The island is named after King Louis IX of France (Saint Louis).
The island is connected to the rest of Paris by bridges to both banks of the river and by the Pont Saint Louis to the Île de la Cité (home to Notre Dame Cathedral). This island was formerly used for the grazing of market cattle and stocking wood. One of France's first examples of urban planning, it was mapped and built from end to end during the 17th-century reigns of Henri IV and Louis XIII.
A peaceful oasis of calm in the busy Paris centre, this island has just a few narrow one-way streets. Most of the island is residential, but there are several quaint restaurants, shops, cafés and ice cream parlours at street level, as well as one large church, Saint-Louis-en-l'Île Church. Locals and tourists flock here to come to Berthillon--Paris' best-loved ice cream parlor.
