St. Germain Buci
Located in the heart of the St. Germain des Pres, the St. Germain Buci apartment offers not only shear luxury, but one of the best addresses in Paris.
Some of the best restaurants, bakeries, and even cafes are located a few steps away.
The central location also provides easy access to the main attractions that Paris, the City of Light, has to offer!
The Apartment
The elegant white decor and the timeless architecture of the apartment, provide a great juxtaposition of old and new.
Upon entering the apartment, you enter into the equipped kitchen, and large eating area.
The large and opulent curtain suspended from the ceiling offers privacy between the kitchen, and the ultra luxurious sitting area. The large sofa, and chairs provide the perfect ambiance for relaxing in front of the television, or the modern fireplace.
The Master bedroom provides nothing but comfort and serenity, due to the large comfortable mattress, and the decor. The ensuite bathroom, provides a complete contrast, as it is done in black!
The St. Germain Buci apartment is the ideal home away from home holiday rental for your time in Paris.

Rates
On an all-inclusive weekly basis, St. Germain Buci rents for 1,300.00 €.
For 5 or 6 days St. Germain Buci rents on a weekly prorate.
For 3 to 4 days we invoice on a weekly prorate basis + 30%.
For longer than a week, we invoice the extra days on a weekly prorate basis.
We only accept quiet and respectful guests. Party goers and noise-makers aren't welcome.

The District
The 6th arrondissement is one of Paris' loveliest and most stylish neighborhoods. With the Latin Quarter to the east and the regal 7th arrondissement to the west, this is the heart of the Left Bank.
Galleries, antique stores, cafes, and restaurants abound. Stroll by the famous Shakespeare & Co. bookstore on your way to Notre Dame.
Just outside your front door you will find the breathtakingly beautiful Jardin du Luxembourg, home to the French Senate. The park has a wonderful playground for youngsters and an extraordinary running path of 2km in length. There's also a large fountain and pond where the old and young play with miniature boats. Families and couples relax on benches and chairs, enjoying the park's wonderful, quiet, peaceful atmosphere.
