Malesherbes Loft
This open layout apartment, reminiscent of a loft, is a great space to spend your holidays in Paris, the French capital.
Located near the historical Parc Monceau, known for its beautiful gold guilded gates, and greek statues throughout, it is the ideal place to picnic, or even enjoy your morning jog
The Apartment
This unique, one bedroom apartment, has windows that face each direction, giving a different view depending where you are in the apartment.
The large combined living and dining area offers the space to relax, and enjoy your Parisian aperitif.
The bedroom offers a queen size bed, with closest space to unpack your belongings.
The large and modern kitchen, with new appliances is the ideal space for any level of chef to prepare your favorite French recipes.

Rates
On an all-inclusive weekly basis MALESHERBES LOFT rents for 1.200.00 €.
The MALESHERBE LOFT apartment is only available for a minimum of a week.
We only accept quiet and respectful guests. Party goers and noise-makers aren't welcome.

For the Christmas and holiday season, only week long (7 nights) rentals are available between the two specific date periods of December 22 thru December 29, and then December 29 thru January 4. Shorter stays are welcomed, but will be invoiced on a full week rate.

The District
Like every district in Paris, the XVII arrondissement functions like a city of its own. Anything you could ever need can be found just outside the apartment. The Marché Poncelet, a typical Parisian market, occurs right around the corner from the apartment. The grand Avenue des Ternes is crowded with lovely cafés, bakeries and cheese shops. Not far away is the tranquility of the Parc Monceau. Also not far is the Arc De Triomphe at the head of the famed Champs Elysées.
For those in Paris on business or for a conference, the apartment is within walking distance of the Palais Des Congrès, where most business exhibitions take place.
