Palais des Congres

The Apartment
This spacious studio, recently renovated and decorated is the perfect serene setting for a relaxing time in Paris. The sofa bed, folds out into a double size bed--comfort and functionality!
The floor to ceiling windows, provide plenty of sunlight, yet still private.
The walkin, fully equipped kitchen, even has a separate breakfast bar--perfect for sipping the morning coffee.
The bathroom, even equipped with a bathtub, a rare luxury in Paris.
The apartment has additional storage to stow away luggage, so you can truly feel relaxed and at home.
The apartment also has access to the private garden, only accessible to tenants who live in the building!

Rates
On an all-inclusive weekly basis Palais des Congres rents for 850.00 €.
For 5 or 6 days Palais des Congres rents on a weekly prorate.
For 3 to 4 days we invoice on a weekly prorate basis + 30%.
For longer than a week, we invoice the extra days on a weekly prorate basis.
We only accept quiet and respectful guests. Party goers and noise-makers aren't welcome.

For the Christmas and holiday season, only week long (7 nights) rentals are available between the two specific date periods of December 22 thru December 29, and then December 29 thru January 4. Shorter stays are welcomed, but will be invoiced on a full week rate.

The District
The apartment is situated in the classic and peaceful 17th arrondissement, right near the border of the elegant 8th arrondissement. Anything you could ever need can be found in close proximity to the apartment. The Marché Poncelet, a typical Parisian market, is located just steps from the apartment. The grand Avenue des Ternes is crowded with lovely cafés, bakeries and cheese shops. Those seeking tranquility can find it in nearby Parc Monceau, as well as the vast Bois de Boulogne. Just up the street is the Arc De Triomphe that overlooks the famed Champs Elysées.
For those in Paris on business or for a conference, the apartment is within short walking distance of the Palais Des Congrès, where the majority of business exhibitions take place.
