Opera - Vendôme

OPERA - VENDÔME apartment is located in the triangle between the Vendôme Plaza, the Opera House & the Louvre Museum - an area densely populated with some of Paris' most renowned sites. The apartment itself is quintessentially Parisian, with a romantic view of surrounding rooftops. It is a lovely and cozy retreat in the center of the city.

The Apartment

To access the OPERA - VENDÔME apartment, one takes a lift to the 4th floor & then one flight of stairs to reach the door.

Rue Saint Hyacinthe, where OPERA – VENDÔME is located, is a very narrow and quiet street. The apartment feels like a peaceful retreat within the bustle of the surrounding city.

The street level gate is equipped with a security code, keeping you safe through your stay.

The apartment itself is very typically French, with slanted ceilings and antiques throughout. Its unique dimensions and welcoming décor will make you feel right at home.

Rates

On an all-inclusive weekly basis OPERA-VENDOME rents for 1,000.00 €.

For 5 or 6 days OPERA-VENDOME rents on a weekly prorate.

For 3 to 4 days we invoice on a weekly prorate basis + 30%.

For longer than a week, we invoice the extra days on a weekly prorate basis.

We only accept quiet and respectful guests. Party goers and noise-makers aren't welcome.

For the Christmas and holiday season, only week long (7 nights) rentals are available between the two specific date periods of December 22 thru December 29, and then December 29 thru January 4. Shorter stays are welcomed, but will be invoiced on a full week rate.

The District

Next door the rue du Marché Saint Honore is known for its street vendors, and Place du Marché Saint Honore holds an open market twice a week to the delight of everyone in the area. Restaurants, bistros, galleries, and museums surround the apartment.

The proximity to the Opera house, the Louvre Museum, the Palais Royal, the Picasso Museum, the Musée de l’Orangerie, the Jeu de Paume, and the Musée d’Orsay (just across the river) is proof of this property's incredible location. The nearby Jardin des Tuileries, nestled between the Louvre and the Place de la Concorde at the base of the Champs Elysées, is an ideal spot for walking or jogging. The big shopping stores such as Les Galeries Lafayette and Printemps are not far from the apartment.
