Place Des Ternes
This lovely newly renovated studio apartment is a gem for one or two people on a Parisian adventure. It is comfortable, bright, fresh and roomy – a wonderful setting for an experience in Paris.
Situated in the XVIIth arrondissement near the famed Champs Elysées and the Arc De Triomphe, this charming flat is the perfect home base for exploring the City of Light.
The Apartment
The apartment is accessed on the 6th floor of a beautiful Haussmannian building and is made up of one large studio space which is separated into a spacious living area, a comfortable sleeping area, a charming dining section, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The interior of the apartment is completely newly renovated from the paint on the walls to the fixtures in the kitchen to the hardwood flooring. A tasteful contemporary décor compliments the history of the building giving you a taste of both the past and the present.

Rates
On an all-inclusive weekly basis PLACE DES TERNES rents for 850.00 €.
For 5 or 6 days PLACE DES TERNES rents on a weekly prorate.
For 3 to 4 days we invoice on a weekly prorate basis + 30%.
For longer than a week, we invoice the extra days on a weekly prorate basis.
We only accept quiet and respectful guests. Party goers and noise-makers aren't welcome.

For the Christmas and holiday season, only week long (7 nights) rentals are available between the two specific date periods of December 22 thru December 29, and then December 29 thru January 4. Shorter stays are welcomed, but will be invoiced on a full week rate.

The District
Like every district in Paris, the XVII arrondissement functions like a city of its own. Anything you could ever need can be found just outside the apartment. The Marché Poncelet, a typical Parisian market, occurs right around the corner from the apartment. The grand Avenue des Ternes is crowded with lovely cafés, bakeries and cheese shops. Not far away is the tranquility of the Parc Monceau. Also not far is the Arc De Triomphe at the head of the famed Champs Elysées.
For those in Paris on business or for a conference, the apartment is within walking distance of the Palais Des Congrès, where most business exhibitions take place.
