Montparnasse
Make Montparnasse your home while staying in the City of Light. This beautiful apartment has all you could ever want in a home-away-from-home. It is a comfortable and peaceful haven for you in this world class city. Its location affords you the chance to be near all of of the wonders that Paris has to offer.
The Apartment
Montparnasse is a lovely flat decorated in a tastefully contemporary style. Its color scheme is warm and relaxing, and the layout of the apartment is open and spacious.
The welcoming modern foyer entrance leads you into the main living area where the comfy sofa welcomes you after a day of sightseeing. The sofa also converts into a bed that can accommodate 2 guests. The flat screen television allows you to relax in style.
Avid chefs will feel right at home in the apartment's fully-equipped kitchen, complete with rotisserie oven and dishwasher.
The bedroom is a haven of peace and quiet. The French queen sized bed is comfortable, and there is ample space in the closet -- unpack and stay a while!
The bathroom is remarkably lovely. It's worth noting the design in this room. The walk-in shower will revitalize you each morning.
Montparnasse is truly the perfect home away from home.

Rates
On an all-inclusive weekly basis MONTPARNASSE rents for 950.00 €.
For 5 or 6 days MONTPARNASSE rents on a weekly prorate.
For 3 to 4 days we invoice on a weekly prorate basis + 30%.
For longer than a week, we invoice the extra days on a weekly prorate basis.
We only accept quiet and respectful guests. Party goers and noise-makers aren't welcome.

For the Christmas and holiday season, only week long (7 nights) rentals are available between the two specific date periods of December 22 thru December 29, and then December 29 thru January 4. Shorter stays are welcomed, but will be invoiced on a full week rate.

The District
The Montparnasse apartment is picture perfect Paris living.
The flat is within walking distance of the Luxembourg Gardens, Boulevard St. Germaine, Boulevard St. Michel and the timeless Latin Quarter.
Stop and sip a coffee at Les Deux Magots where Jean-Paul Sartre used to spend his days, or sit at the famous Cafe de Flore and watch the world go by. Be sure to have an unforgettable dinner at La Rotonde.
Montparnasse was once the haunt of some of the world's most celebrated artists. Walk in the footsteps of Picasso, James Joyce, Ezra Pound and Gertrude Stein. Stop and have a drink in one of Ernest Hemingway's old writing spots. Celebrate, as he did after a good day of writing, with oysters at the Closerie de Lilas.
Montparnasse is absolutely filled with the charm that makes Paris a city unlike any other in the world.
