The Apartment

The spacious feel of the flat is immediately evident upon entering into the foyer area.

The living room, to the left, is arranged with high quality, new furniture. The flat screen television offers a creature comfort from home. Lovely hardwood parquet flooring gives the apartment a truly Parisian feel.

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new, modern appliances and fixtures. It's a comfortable place in which to prepare your Parisian style breakfasts. There is ample counter and floor space allowing more than one person to work away in the kitchen at a time.

The dining area is adjoined to the living room and offers a table with space for four or more people to comfortably enjoy a meal in.

The two main bedrooms are bright and quiet. They come equipped with lovely double beds for you to sleep off those long days of sightseeing.

The childrens' bedroom includes a crib for those traveling with brand new family members. It also has a bunk bed which can be used for the kids or just for extra sleeping space for guests.

The bathroom is fully equipped with a toilet, full sized bathtub and a shower stall. It, like the rest of the flat, is spacious and bright.

The second privy adds a level of comfort to the apartment ensuring that there will be no line-ups for the bathroom in the mornings. It is equipped with a toilet and a sink.

The Place des Vosges apartment has everything that could ever be needed and more. It's the home away from home that will make your visit to Paris comfortable, stress free and relaxed.

Rates

On an all-inclusive weekly basis PLACE DES VOSGES rents for 2,350.00 €.

For 5 or 6 days PLACE DES VOSGES rents on a weekly prorate.

For 3 to 4 days we invoice on a weekly prorate basis + 30%.

For longer than a week, we invoice the extra days on a weekly prorate basis.

We only accept quiet and respectful guests. Party goers and noise-makers aren't welcome.

For the Christmas and holiday season, only week long (7 nights) rentals are available between the two specific date periods of December 22 thru December 29, and then December 29 thru January 4. Shorter stays are welcomed, but will be invoiced on a full week rate.

The District

The apartment is located in the 3rd district just a short walk from the heart of the Marais.

The Marais is one of the oldest and most historic areas in Paris. A place of aristocratic residence in the seventeenth century, it was abandoned during the Revolution and became an architectural wasteland. The Marais was not touched by Baron Haussmann during his work in the 1830s to make Paris the most modern city in nineteenth-century Europe. As a result, the Marais retains its pre-nineteenth century splendour and old world charm. In 1962 it was declared an historic area, and restoration efforts were begun. The area is now one of Paris' most fashionable neighborhoods, with many galleries, restaurants, boutiques, museums and cultural centers.

Nearby are the Pompidou/Beaubourg Museum, the Picasso Museum, the Louvre Museum and the magnificent Place des Vosges.

The Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est train stations are both nearby. Orly and Charles de Gaulle Airports are easily reachable by taxi or Metro.
