The Apartment

Arriving at the apartment building, you are immediately struck by the regal architecture. The building, decorated with balconies and covered in flowers and plants, is a lovely sight to behold.

The door to the flat enters into a small foyer which breaks to the left into the kitchen and continues straight into the dining room with the living area beyond.

The living room is cozy, comfortable and bright, offering a haven of relaxation, peace and quiet. With its selection of books and plush sofas, it is a rejuvenating spot after a day of Paris sightseeing.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a remarkable amount of counter space which ensures comfort while cooking during your stay.

The dining area includes an impressive table with seating for up to 8 people. It's the perfect spot to entertain your larger group while staying in the city.

Down the hall are the bedrooms which promise comfort and quiet through the night. The master bedroom is equipped with a large and cozy bed and a walk-in closet. The children's bedrooms are set up with twin beds and fun decor.

The bathroom includes a full bathtub and a separated toilet for added privacy.

Rates

On an all-inclusive weekly basis LUXEMBOURG RUE MADAME rents for 1,700.00 €.

For 5 or 6 days LUXEMBOURG RUE MADAME rents on a weekly prorate.

For 3 to 4 days we invoice on a weekly prorate basis + 30%.

For longer than a week, we invoice the extra days on a weekly prorate basis.

We only accept quiet and respectful guests. Party goers and noise-makers aren't welcome.

For the Christmas and holiday season, only week long (7 nights) rentals are available between the two specific date periods of December 22 thru December 29, and then December 29 thru January 4. Shorter stays are welcomed, but will be invoiced on a full week rate.

The District

The 6th arrondissement is one of Paris' loveliest and most stylish neighborhoods. With the Latin Quarter to the east and the regal 7th arrondissement to the west, this is the heart of the Left Bank.

Galleries, antique stores, cafes, and restaurants abound. Stroll by the famous Shakespeare & Co. bookstore on your way to Notre Dame.

Just outside your front door you will find the breathtakingly beautiful Jardin du Luxembourg, home to the French Senate. The park has a wonderful playground for youngsters and an extraordinary running path of 2km in length. There's also a large fountain and pond where the old and young play with miniature boats. Families and couples relax on benches and chairs, enjoying the park's wonderful, quiet, peaceful atmosphere.
