Welcome to Le Bon Marché, our immaculate flat in the exclusive 7th arrondissement. This eclectic, bright and fresh apartment is an ideal place to call home while visiting the City of Light. You’ll find true comfort within its walls and the classic beauty of the décor will set you right at ease in luxury. Its spacious private terrace alone is an incredible attraction. Its close proximity to much of the best of what Paris has to offer will ensure an absolutely unforgettable stay in the most beautiful city in the world.

The Apartment

The façade of the building is a truly beautiful example of the uniquely Parisian Haussmannian architecture. It is a stately structure befitting of the beautiful flat within.

Entering the apartment, you’ll first notice the cheery, bright accented colors offset with deep chestnut hardwood flooring. The classic wall mouldings and effortless class are mixed wonderfully with a contemporary feel.

The cozy salon is a stylish and tastefully decorated area, perfect for relaxing over a guidebook, a pre dinner aperitif or a visit with friends. The fireplace is a touch of history that is complimented by the antique furnishings. The floor to ceiling window with the soft light drapes allow the ample sunlight to cast a warming hue over the room. True relaxation.

The luxurious and artistically decorated bedroom opens onto the living room through French doors; a lovely touch of class. With the same style of floor to ceiling windows as the salon, you’re afforded the same soft but ample light. This place is a true haven of rest and solitude.

Amateur and professional chefs alike will feel right at home in the fully equipped kitchen. This brightly lit space is a comfort to create in, and being located just around the corner from the famous Grande Epicerie market, you’ll have no problem finding French delicacies to turn into lovely meals. Also located in the kitchen is a washer and dryer for added convenience.

Just over the bar from the kitchen is a uniquely decorated lounge, perfect for entertaining while making that gourmet dinner, or sharing an appetizer before sampling one of the endless incredible restaurants Paris has to offer.

The true pièce de résistance of Le Bon Marché is the private terrace; a true rarity and luxury. With ample space and comfortable seating, this is a perfect place to entertain or just relax away from the hussle and bussle of Paris. There are few things greater in this city than a croissant breakfast al fresco.

The bathroom is fully equipped including a full sized bathtub and towel warming rack. Comfort is guaranteed.

Rates

On an all-inclusive weekly basis LE BON MARCHE rents for 1.500.00 €.

For 5 or 6 days LE BON MARCHE rents on a weekly prorate.

For 3 to 4 days we invoice on a weekly prorate basis + 30%.

For longer than a week, we invoice the extra days on a weekly prorate basis.

We only accept quiet and respectful guests. Party goers and noise-makers aren't welcome.

For the Christmas and holiday season, only week long (7 nights) rentals are available between the two specific date periods of December 22 thru December 29, and then December 29 thru January 4. Shorter stays are welcomed, but will be invoiced on a full week rate.

The District

Located in the chic 7th arrondissement, Le Bon Marché is perfectly situated for enjoying the best of elite Paris. Its namesake, the world’s first department store and still one of the most exclusive, is just around the corner. Walking through its beautiful halls you’ll be sharing shopping space with the world’s jet set. Located next to the Bon Marché department store is the famous Grande Epicerie, perhaps the most luxurious gourmet food market in the world. The gastronome and the dilettante alike will be in awe of this mouth-watering market.

A little further afield is Les Invalides, which houses a world class military museum as well as the striking tomb of Napoleon Bonaparte. The building itself and the surrounding area are beautiful examples of the awe-inspiring architecture found in Paris. Just across the street from Les Invalides is the Rodin Museum, a must for sculpture enthusiasts.

Continuing along this path, you’ll find that you are very near the Musée d’Orsay as well as the Musée du Louvre, homes to an astounding amount of the world’s most celebrated art.

Further to the west are the Eiffel Tower and the Champs de Mars. Take a picnic and enjoy a sunny summer day in the shadow of the world’s most recognizable symbol.

To the east of the apartment you’ll find the Jardin de Luxembourg where you can while a warm afternoon away wandering its paths and reading by the fountain (as the Parisians do).

The true beauty of this city is that almost everything is in close enough proximity that walking is advised. It is a pedestrian city and best enjoyed on foot. However, the apartment is well served by public transit with a metro station just across the street.
