Eiffel Tower Suffren
"Avenue de Suffren" represents the epitome of elegant Parisian living. Located on the third floor of a classic Haussmanian building in Paris' glorious 7th arrondissement, this is the perfect apartment for a family or couple who wants to enjoy Paris in style. The quintessential Parisian apartment, "Avenue de Suffren" is tastefully decorated by its owner whose style and appreciation for quality goods is evident throughout the property. Located just a short walk from the Eiffel tower, the Champ de Mars, and the Seine River, "Avenue de Suffren" is situated in an area of Paris that is known for understated elegance and high-class living.
The Apartment
Upon entering the apartment, you will immediately feel that you've entered a realm of style and relaxation. From the art and photos that adorn the walls, to the modern appliances, to the luxurious linens and towels, no detail has been overlooked.
The salon of the apartment provides a comfortable and elegant setting in which to entertain or unwind after a day in the city. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide a view onto the street below. Down the hall, you will find the kitchen and two bedrooms. The bedrooms have sumptuous queen-size beds and unique linens. The apartment has one large, modern bathroom and ample storage space.

Rates
On an all-inclusive weekly basis AVENUE DE SUFFREN rents for 1,850.00 €.
For 5 or 6 days AVENUE DE SUFFREN rents on a weekly prorate.
For 3 to 4 days we invoice on a weekly prorate basis + 30%.
For longer than a week, we invoice the extra days on a weekly prorate basis.
We only accept quiet and respectful guests. Party goers and noise-makers aren't welcome.

For the Christmas and holiday season, only week long (7 nights) rentals are available between the two specific date periods of December 22 thru December 29, and then December 29 thru January 4. Shorter stays are welcomed, but will be invoiced on a full week rate.

The District
Superb restaurants and cafés are plentiful in this part of Paris. The world renowned Rue Cler market is nearby, as is Rue St Dominique, both of which are filled with antique shops, bakeries, gourmet food stores, clothing shops and much more.
The Eiffel Tower and its surrounding Champs de Mars park are just steps from the apartment. Nearby, you will also find the Trocadéro Garden, the Museum of Modern Art, the Palais de Tokyo (a contemporary art museum), and the Maritime Museum.
In the opposite direction one will discover the École Militaire (Military School) and the renowned Bon Marché department store-- a food lover's paradise.
This neighborhood also affords easy access to all modes of transportation: the Metro, taxis, and buses.
