Pompidou
Centrally located in the heart of Paris just steps from the Seine river, Notre Dame and the Louvre Museaum, this spacious studio apartment combines all the amenities of modern decor and convenience with easy accessibility to all the history and charm of Paris just outside your front door. This ideal location is within walking distance to most of the main attractions of Paris.
The Apartment
This modern studio apartment is a perfect Parisian pied-a-terre for a couple. After passing through the arbored courtyard entrance of the building, the apartment is located on the 5th floor with an elevator. It offers a large living area with a murphy bed that conveniently folds away during the day. The open and bright kitchen and dining area are perfect for preparing your own Parisian meals.

Rates
On an all-inclusive weekly basis POMPIDOU rents for 970.00 €.
For 5 or 6 days the apartment rents on a weekly prorated basis.
For 3 to 4 days we invoice on a weekly prorated basis + 30%.
For longer than a week, we invoice the extra days on a weekly prorated basis.
We only accept quiet and respectful guests. Party goers and noise-makers aren't welcome.

For the Christmas and holiday season, only week long (7 nights) rentals are available between the two specific date periods of December 22 thru December 29, and then December 29 thru January 4. Shorter stays are welcomed, but will be invoiced on a full week rate.

The District
The 1st arrondissement is literally the center of Paris and the home of such landmarks as the Louvre, the Tuilleries Gardens and Palais-Royal. It is just steps from Notre Dame on the Ile de la Cite. It is full of attractions for travelers of all inclinations, including some of the finest parks, museums, shops, and bars in the city.
