And of course, there are plenty of traditional French bakeries, called Boulangeries, where you can buy your baguettes and croissants daily... just like the French do!

The Apartment

This two bedroom apartment is perfect for a couple with two children. It is located on the 3rd floor of a very secure and quiet street in one of the most prestigious area's of Paris. The apartment is tastefully decorated in classic French style.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the adjacent second bedroom has a twin bed with a separate sink area. The large bathroom has two sinks, a large bathtub and bidet. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities. The large living and dining area is the perfect location to sit back and relax after returning to your Parisian "home away from home."

Rates

On an all-inclusive weekly basis EIFFEL TOWER rents for 1,650.00 €.

For 5 or 6 days EIFFEL TOWER rents on a weekly prorate.

For 3 to 4 days we invoice on a weekly prorate basis + 30%.

For longer than a week, we invoice the extra days on a weekly prorate basis.

We only accept quiet and respectful guests. Party goers and noise-makers aren't welcome.

For the Christmas and holiday season, only week long (7 nights) rentals are available between the two specific date periods of December 22 thru December 29, and then December 29 thru January 4. Shorter stays are welcomed, but will be invoiced on a full week rate.

The District

Superb restaurants and cafés are plentiful in this part of Paris. The world renowned Rue Cler market is nearby, as is Rue St Dominique, both of which are filled with antique shops, bakeries, gourmet food stores, clothing shops and much more.

The Eiffel Tower and its surrounding Champs de Mars park are just steps from the apartment. Nearby, you will also find the Trocadéro Garden, the Museum of Modern Art, the Palais de Tokyo (a contemporary art museum), and the Maritime Museum.

In the opposite direction one will discover the École Militaire (Military School)and Les Invalides (the Military Museum of Paris and burial place of Napoleon.) Also, the oldest department store in Paris can be found in this district -- the renowned Le Bon Marché. This store is a shopping lover's paradise!

This neighborhood also affords easy access to all modes of transportation: the metro, RER taxis, and buses.
