Eiffel Tower Seine

The Eiffel Tower Seine apartment, nestled in the elegant 16th arrondissement, is a fitting addition to our roster of luxurious locations across Paris. This beautiful flat is right at home among the embassies and elite homes of the 16th. You’ll feel like a visiting dignitary, right at home in this tranquil haven. Here, you can retreat for quiet and comfort after a day of sightseeing and participate in some of the best that this apartment has to offer: splendid cafés, sumptuous bistros and proximity to the most beautiful park in the country, the Bois de Boulogne.

The Apartment

This one bedroom apartment is unique for its spacious feel and natural light. You’ll be struck by the room comfortable size and the deep, natural colors that comprise its décor.

You’ll first notice your neighborhood as you enter the building. You are located just a stone’s throw from the apartment’s namesake, the Eiffel Tower. Here, situated in some of the most beautiful tree-lined streets, your building rises for a commanding view of the tower and the Seine. The entrance to the building is the epitome of luxury with its marble flooring and walls and the low light framing of the ceiling that lead you to the antique elevator.

The interior of the flat is decorated in a rich, dark wood style with beautiful craftsmanship in the form of carved moldings, wood paneling and incorporated bookcases filled with interesting titles.

The salon is organized around the striking bay window and you’ll see why when you take a look through it. From the main room, you can view the Eiffel Tower and its environs. The window allows ample light to flood the apartment, bathing it in that beautiful warmth Paris is world-renown for. The minimal furnishings coupled with an antique décor allow this imposing window to be the centerpiece of the room. It is a space equally perfect for relaxing and entertaining.

In the bedroom, you’ll find just what you need: comfort, quiet, solitude and luxury. The queen sized four-poster bed harkens to an older age. Here too you’ll notice the large window, perfect for flooding the room in morning light as you wake.

The amateur chef will be right at home in the fully equipped kitchen. Here you can quickly whip together a delicious French breakfast before hitting the museums as easily as you can create a dinner masterpiece comprised of the delicacies found in the many local open air markets. The kitchen also has a washing machine and dryer seamlessly incorporated for added comfort and convenience. The décor here is unique and cheerful, bright and spacious.

The bathroom contains all the creature comforts you would find in any 5 star hotel including a full sized bathtub. The room is private, bright and freshly decorated to ensure not just comfort but also satisfaction.

If you are looking for opulence in the quiet and calm of the west end of Paris, look no further than Eiffel Tower Seine. It is well served by the metro and taxis and near all of the best that Paris has to offer while being just outside the hussle and bussle of the city center. It is a dreamy space where relaxation and elite comfort is key.

The District

Like most places in Paris, the Eiffel Tower Seine apartment is near enough to almost all the wonders the city has to offer. Located just across the Seine from the Eiffel Tower, the apartment is the perfect starting point for a walking tour of the city. Begin at the tower and head east along the beautiful Champs de Mars grounds just beyond the tower. From there, head just north walking past Les Invalides where you’ll find Napoleon Bonaparte’s tomb before turning east again and carrying on along the Seine where you can choose between the Musée d’Orsay on the Left Bank or the Musée du Louvre along with the Tuileries gardens and the Orangerie on the Right Bank. Continuing along east, you’ll come to the famed Île de la Cité, home to the Notre Dame Cathedral as well as many other sights.

Just north of the apartment is the Place de l’Étoile where you’ll find the Arc de Triomphe. Climb to the top for a commanding view of the city along the Champs Elysées.

Just outside the Peripherique, within walking distance to the west of the apartment, is the historic Bois de Boulogne. Once the private hunting grounds of the French Royal family, it is now a vast park with a network of beautiful pathways, forested enclaves and small lakes. It is the perfect place for that most French of activities: the Sunday picnic. Take a bottle of wine, a baguette and some cheese and pass the afternoon snaking under the shade of an ancient tree.

If you’re looking for that gourmet French dinner, let us book a table for you at the world-famous Jules Verne restaurant in the Eiffel Tower. It is an absolutely unforgettable dining experience. The 16th arrondissement is a truly unique district in the city. It is home to a vast majority of the world’s embassies and consulates in Paris. As a result, it has a luxurious and dignified feel to it. It is quiet and elite. Some of the most exclusive addresses in the city are in the 16th.

You’ll feel right at home in the Eiffel Tower Seine apartment, and right at home in its surrounding district. Of that, we’re certain.
