The Apartment

The salon is arranged for a group, with large, soft furniture set facing each other around a small table. Here you can enjoy an evening drink before dinner or curl up with a guidebook before bed just as easily as you can entertain and enjoy the company of friends. The large terrace lies just outside the huge floor to ceiling windows and doors. This wall of glass offers ample natural light to flood the main room, adding to the warmth and comfort.

The kitchen will bring a smile to the culinary enthusiast in your party. It is fully equipped and spacious enough to create any number of French masterpieces. The island with chairs along the outside is a perfect breakfast bar for those quick meals in the morning before striking out to see the city.

Rest and relaxation are the watchwords in the main bedroom. This place is guaranteed to restore you to full power after a day in the city’s museums. Rates

On an all-inclusive weekly basis EIFFEL TROCADERO rents for 1,750.00 €.

For 5 or 6 days EIFFEL TROCADERO rents on a weekly prorate.

For 3 to 4 days we invoice on a weekly prorate basis + 30%.

For longer than a week, we invoice the extra days on a weekly prorate basis.

We only accept quiet and respectful guests. Party goers and noise-makers aren't welcome.

For the Christmas and holiday season, only week long (7 nights) rentals are available between the two specific date periods of December 22 thru December 29, and then December 29 thru January 4. Shorter stays are welcomed, but will be invoiced on a full week rate.

The District

When staying in this apartment, you are just across the river from the glorious Eiffel Tower--the ultimate symbol of Paris. Likewise, the tower's surrounding Champs de Mars park is a perfect spot for a picnic or an aimless stroll on a nice day. If you feel like having the dinner of a lifetime, make a reservation at the Jules Vernes restaurant in the Eiffel Tower, a memorable spot for special occasions.

From here, you can easily explore Paris' elegant 16th and 8th arrondissements. Stop and climb to the top of the Arc de Triomphe and marvel at the beauty of the Champs Elysées, Paris' most famous street. At the far end, you will see the glorious Place de la Concorde, where Louis the 16th and Marie-Antoinette met their demise during the French Revolution.

Avid shoppers know that Paris is the shopping capital of the world. Stroll along Avenue Montaigne and visit the boutiques of famous designers such as Dior, YSL, Chloé, Lanvin, Tod's, Cartier, Hermès and so on. Or just stop into a cafe to have an espresso and watch the world go by. Sites such as the Louvre, the Musée d'Orsay, and Notre Dame are easily accessible from the apartment. Metros, buses, or taxis are convenient, but walking is recommended as the most enjoyable to see this part of Paris.

Located steps away, are the many shops located at Passy, where one can find the best pastries, chocolates, and other fine goods only available in Paris.
