Normandy
The incredible Normandy property is located in the town of Tricqueville 170 kms northwest of Paris and takes 2 hours by train from Paris St Lazare station.
This unique property is comprised of 3 distinct houses on the same tract of land. It can be rented separately by house or a large group can rent the whole property.
It is the perfect base from which you can discover the D-Day beaches as well as the historic town of Rouen.
The House
The Normandy houses are a real treasure in our portfolio. There's no better property for a large family to call home over their summer holiday than this one.
The beautiful property with its three private homes and pool can accommodate up to 12 people. The houses are in a perfect location offering peace and quiet while still being in easy train distance from Paris. There are ample activities around the Normandy property to keep you well occupied during your visit.
The main house is a rustic gem with 2 bedrooms, a large living room with a fire place, a fully equipped kitchen and three bathrooms. It has exposed wood beams and truely reflects the historical nature of the surrounding area.
The second house is charming decorated and is just as equipped as the main house, only on a smaller scale. It's a lovely place to retreat to after a full day at the coast, on the golf course or just lounging around your garden. The second house has a lovely living room, a full kitchen, two bedroom and a bathroom. It's a comfortable little place to call home.
The third house on the property, and also the smallest, is like a quaint cottage. It too has everything you could ever need for a lovely holiday. With its cute licing room you'll feel right at home. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a fresh bathroom.
The property is large and green giving you ample space to stretch out and make yourselves at home. The pool is a lovely touch - a feature not very common in Northern Europe but certainly welcome since summer is Normandy can get very warm.

For a party of 2 guests we suggest the small house.

For a party of up to 4 guests we suggest the main house.
From April 1st to the end of May: 1.600.00 € From June 1st to the end of August: 2.300.00 € From September 1st to October 31st: 1.650.00 € From November 1st to December 31st: 1.500.00 €
For a party of 5 & up to 8 guests we suggest the main house + the second house.
From April 1st to the end of May: 2.000.00 € From June 1st to the end of August: 2.750.00 € From September 1st to October31st: 1.900.00 € From November 1st to December 31st: 1.500.00 €
For a party of 9 & up to 12 guests we suggest the 3 houses.
From April 1st to the end of May: 2.350.00 € From June 1st to the end of August: 3.200.00 € From September 1st to October 31st: 2.500.00 € From November 1st to December 31st: 2.000.00 €
We only accept quiet decent guests of all races & religions but party goers, noise & trouble makers aren't welcome.

The Region
Normandy - steeped in history and tradition - is a truly unique place to holiday. With its distinct culture, heritage and architecture, Normandy is something different in France.
Tricqueville is not far from the ancient city of Rouen with its great gothic cathedral made famous in the paintings of Claude Monet which are now kept in the Musée D'Orsay. The Normandy property is also close to the historical town of Bayeux which is the starting point for excursions to the D-Day beaches.
Normandy is dotted with quaint villages and hamlets that all offer a friendly and welcoming side of France.
