Welcome to Brittany-Saint Briac Sur Mer!
This lovely family home is located not far from St Malo in the unique French province of Brittany. The large garden and beautiful views over the bay will rejuvenate you and inspire relaxation.
Bring your family to this beautiful retreat and you won't want to leave.
The House
The first thing you notice about Saint Briac Sur Mer is it's charming exterior and the property around the house. The location is stunning, looking out over the bay and the house itself is a lovely mix of the old and the new.
The interior is just as charming. It is easy to see that the owners have taken a great deal of pride in their home. The décor is tasteful and welcoming. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and one basement 'games' room/bedroom. Altogether, the house can sleep 6 to 8 comfortably and with 3 bathrooms there will be no line ups.
The French love to cook and love to spend time in the kitchen or at the table and it shows here. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to try your hand at French cuisine.
The house is within walking distance of a great golf course and the harbour at St Malo isn't far allowing you to seek adventures on the sea.

The Region
The surrounding villages along the coastline, and the inland geography are well worth visiting.
The town of Dinard is very charming. It has a very beautiful and popular beach, and a superb Casino amongst many other attractions.
The town of Saint-Malo is close by and is a must to visit. It offers its 16th century military fortifications inside which one will find any and every type of merchant, restaurant, café and much more.
There's also a very pleasant and large port from where one can take a sightseeing day trip, or a fishing trip!
A short drive away you'll discover the world renowned Mont Saint Michel. It's an unforgetable sight.
Do not forget to stop for an omelette at La Mère Poulard, and her biscuits aren’t bad either.
