Cote d'Azur—Villa Beaulieu
The quintessential Cote D'Azur experience! This new villa, located near Cap Ferrat, one of the most exclusive “addresses” in the area, has been furnished with top-quality appliances and Italian modern and classic décor. You can relax in the private garden while enjoying the wonderful view of Beaulieu-sur-Mer, the Mediterranean sea, and the port – or you can walk into town via the pedestrian stairway. With so much to see and do, your stay at Villa Beaulieu is sure to be unforgettable!
The House
This villa on the French Riviera is built in a traditional local style. It is located on a quiet and secluded dead-end street, so there is literally no noise to distract you from pure relaxation. The beautiful enclosed garden area has many trees, including olive, palm and cypress. There is a terrace with a table and chairs for al fresco dining.
The private pool, on the living room level, measures 2.5 m x 16.5m. There is a private parking area for 3 cars.
Once inside, you will find an open and inviting living/dining room and kitchen space covers. There is a large window opening onto the terrace and pool area, offering beautiful views of the sea, the village of Beaulieu and Cap Ferrat. There is a large, flat-screen Satellite TV in the living room and a fireplace. The kitchen is well-equipped with Siematic appliances, and there is also a small flat-screen TV. Also on this level is a guest bathroom in marble with a sink and WC. The decor of this villa is Italian modern and classic.
On the lower level, you will find three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has two twin beds (each 90x190cm), which can be separate or put together as a king-size bed. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom with tub, shower, sink and WC. The second bedroom also has twin beds (each 90x190cm) that can be kept separate or made up into a king-size bed. The third bedroom has the same bed set-up, and it has an en suite bathroom with tub, shower, sink and WC. This bathroom is also accessible to the second bedroom.

The Region
Located within walking distance (1.5km) of the town of Beaulieu-sur-Mer via a pedestrian stairway, this lovely VILLA BEAULIEU is close to the sea and to many of the top destinations on the Cote d'Azur. The villa is located on a hill overlooking the town of Beaulieu, as well as the sea and the port. The Nice International Airport, which has daily non-stop flights to and from New York, is located only 12 km away. The villa is on a dead-end street, so there is no traffic noise.
The beach and town are within walking distance. It is a short drive to the port for boat rentals, fishing, cruising, and scuba diving. There is a tennis court in Beaulieu and a golf course in Monte Carlo (10km), where green fees are accepted on week days.
There is also a lively casino located in the town of Beaulieu, and food enthusiasts will have their pick of wonderful local restaurants. For those looking to cook at home, the area boasts a number of open-air markets where you can browse, taste, and purchase the freshest and best products that France has to offer.
