Cendrillon
Enjoy the seaside in Brittany!
The current owner of this lovely house purchased it from a local fisherman four years ago. At the time it was badly in need of repair and renovations. Fortunately the new owner is a well known Parisian architect and as you can see the overall and detail results of the renovations are tremendous.
Cendrillon can accommodate eight guests with a little extra room to squeeze in another.
The House
Climbing a few steps you reach the house's main floor's foyer, the formal dining room, the kitchen, and an office.
Going few steps down the very large, welcoming and sunny living room awaits you. Through the large bay windows one walks directly into the garden. Going down a few more steps the game room awaits your children.
On the first floor you'll find the three bedrooms and the bathrooms. The fourth and last bedroom is hidden away in the attic, the best place for young boys!

The Region
Welcome to the town of Saint Briac by the sea, one of the jewels along Brittany's emerald coastline.
Saint Briac was founded by Briac, an Irish Saint who arrived in the region in the year 548.
For many centuries, and still today, the main activities of Saint Briac revolve around the sea, either catching different types of fish or shell fish like crabs, mussels and oysters amongst others. The very green and lush but rather flat countryside is perfect for growing many types of vegetables. The same countryside offers hundreds of miles of walking paths, as does the coastline. In the centre of Saint Briac, the older houses are nestled in and around the village's church.
During the summer months the village grows from 2000 inhabitants to more than 8000. Nine different beaches of very fine sand and different sun exposures await your visit. It's for this reason that nobody has a swimming pool in their yard.
There's also a seaport with 700+ docking places and an 18 hole golf course overlooking the sea and coastline.
